A: Yes, if there are similar samples available in stock. Customer Just pay for the Freight cost. If you need a customized sample, Customer pay for the sample & freight costs. The customized sample cost depends on your design(size, material, printing, etc). Freight charges depend on your location.

A: We accept PSD, AI, CDR, or PDF files with a high resolution. Please note that we need files for different layers of the design.
